VOLUNTEER
The 50th Annual Pumpkin Fest is fast approaching and we need the help of our amazing community to ensure it is a successful day for our smallest ghosts, ghouls, and goblins. How can you help? There are so many ways!
Like to build? Good with decor? Consider joining the Haunted House Build Crew. Assistance is needed to take inventory of current supplies and decorations. Or volunteer to run the haunted house on the day of the Pumpkin Fest.
Build a Basket for the Pumpkin Fest Raffle!
Fill a basket with goodies centered around a theme (e.g. painting, movie night, etc.). The baskets value should be between $50-$100 but no exact amount is required. Bring completed baskets to Room 25 by Thursday October 19
We are looking for donations of new or unused items that can be used to build either a "Game Night" or an "Arts and Crafts" basket. Please bring any donation items to Room 25 by Thursday, October 19.
All baskets will be raffled off at Pumpkin Fest. Raffle tickets available for purchase.

Enter the cake decorating contest for a fun opportunity to get creative. Entry space is limited.

Consider donating some spook-tacular treats to our bake sale and/or concession stand.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Pumpkin Fest is a spook-tacular tradition for the Marshall Lane community. Parent volunteers are needed the week leading up to the event as well as on the day of. Consider joining the Haunted House Build Crew or sign up to donate raffle baskets or baked goods. Thank you in advance for helping to make it a successful event for our favorite ghosts, ghouls and goblins!
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We offer a variety of student volunteer opportunities as part of the Pumpkin Fest. Roles and shift times vary by age group. For more information, check out the respective sign up sheets.
WAIVER
A signed participation waiver is required for each child attending the event. Please look for the form in the Thursday envelope or click below. Waiver wristbands must be worn by minors at all times while on premises to show that we have a signed waiver on file.
